Our Surveyors are all registered as part of the RICS Registered Valuer Scheme (VRS) and are experts at providing valuations for residential properties.

Should you require a valuation report to submit to your Help to Buy provider, then by instructing White Peak Surveyors, we will provide a RICS regulated valuation report acceptable to all Help to Buy providers. This will include our assessment of market value of the property on the date of inspection.

It should be noted that your Help to Buy valuation will generally only be valid for a period of 3 months.
